However, if a faulty CD/GVD slips by us and gets mailed to a customer it will be replaced free with our sincere apology.  Because CD’s and DVDs can be so easily COPIED and then returned –  I do not accept the return of CD’s/DVDs for refunds or exchanges., but I do offer Merchandise Credits.
